Finope provides (Unified Payments Interface) payment gateway services that allow merchants to collect digital payments from their customers. Our services include:
transaction processing
API and SDK integration
Merchant dashboard and transaction insights
We act solely as a technology service provider and do not hold or manage customer funds at any time.
Onboarding & KYC
To use Finope’s services, you must complete our merchant onboarding process, including mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Submit required business documents
Keep your information up-to-date
Failure to comply may lead to the suspension or termination of your account.
Merchant Responsibilities
By using Finope, you agree to:
Use the platform only for lawful business activities
Avoid prohibited transactions (e.g. adult content, counterfeit goods)
Follow all NPCI and RBI guidelines related
Inform your customers appropriately about payment terms and provide transaction receipts
We reserve the right to review and audit your usage for compliance purposes.
